The project focuses on creating a harmonious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment where indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly. The main idea is to reorganize the space around the pool, making it the central attraction that links the interior and exterior areas. Emphasizing natural elements and motifs will highlight the villa’s connection to its surroundings.The lower level will be transformed into a wellness zone with all necessary amenities and convenient connections to the upper level.
An additional goal is to integrate the client’s artistic motifs—since the client is an artist—into the villa’s design to express their personality and create an individual design theme that continues into the interior design. The addition of an artist’s workshop will reinforce the unique artistic character of the complex, offering privacy and functional significance.
